Hello I'm Fanny.

Fanny built Restority Space after years of watching brilliant, capable women, many of them eldest daughters, mistake their exhaustion for a personality trait instead of recognizing it as a pattern with a beginning. That observation has shaped nearly two decades of clinical work, grounded in evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Processing Therapy and a belief that structured, tangible tools work better than vague reassurance.

Her career began as a clinical social worker working with communities across New York City, where she learned early to see individual struggle as inseparable from the systems surrounding it. That systemic lens has stayed with her since, and it's become something of an obsession: naming the systems that still quietly shape women's lives, and separating what's a personal failure from what was never personal to begin with.

Off the clock, she's a mother, a daughter of immigrants, and a Black Peruvian, often the first in her family to navigate the rooms and systems she's spent her career studying. That vantage point sharpens how she sees the systems shaping her clients' lives.

Redefining Selfish

If you've ever felt guilty for resting, said yes when you meant no, or measured your worth by how much you carry for everyone else, this is for you.

Redefining Selfish is Fanny's ongoing exploration of what it actually looks like for high-achieving women, especially eldest daughters, to put themselves back on the list. It's not about doing less for the people you love. It's about noticing where self-abandonment has been dressed up as virtue, and building something more sustainable in its place.

Three Spaces, One Thesis

Fanny's work shows up in three places. Here's how to know which one is for you.

RESTORITY SPACE

Restority Space is the clinical home of Fanny's work, trauma-focused therapy for eldest daughters and high-achieving women who've spent years being the capable one. If burnout, overfunctioning, or family patterns have started to feel less like personality and more like something you're stuck repeating, Restority Space offers individual and group psychotherapy for clients in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

HER SOUL SUPPLY

Her Soul Supply is the community and events home of Fanny's work. Through salons, conversations, and retreats, women can explore complicated questions about relationships, identity, desire, motherhood, power, and family roles without needing to arrive with a polished answer. It's a genuine safe space for women to stop performing and start speaking in draft. If you're craving real conversation and connection with other women thinking through the same unfinished questions, this is where to start.

OFF THE CLOCK

Off the Clock is a professional and social club for therapists in private practice, the go-to third space for clinicians who chose the freedom of private practice without trading it for isolation and constant screen time. Built through mixers, peer support, and clinical and business resources, it's networking and connection without the stiffness.
